本邦初公開！ルワンダの教習所風景。たぶん車庫入れ。教会の前の空き地で毎日やっています。

ルワンダ人がきちんとシートベルトを締め、曲がり角ではきちんと方向指示器を出すのも教習所のおかげでしょう。しかし、速度制限もきちんとならってほしい。。



Driving license school in Rwanda. It may show the car put into a imaginary garage. It usually do in front of the church. I think nobody have seen it in Japan.

They usually take a sheet belt, light a direction indicator before turning because of this school. But, they must learn the speed of limit.
